Good food, good wine, fantastic company.

Take some it's a salmon! steaks.
Add some seasoning, I recommend , and

Place in a tin foil parcel, add some white wine, fresh veg if you fancy it (tomatoes and onions are nice) and a little butter (I over did it last night, so take heed, only a little butter.)

Seal the parcel nice and tightly, round all the edges and chuck in a hot oven for about 20 mins.

Serve on a nice crispy bed of salad, with a glass of wine and enjoy with someone very close to you, as I did last night.

This really is all for today, as I have posted twice in about 2 hours...
Hasta la vista, from one very happy Andy :)

  • You inflicted all that garlic, chili and fishiness on poor Shiv! That's no way to treat someone close to you... meanie. And I did have a good time on Saturday night, except the morning after I was puking my guts out thanks to your clever idea of getting in rounds and rounds of vile shots, all mixed. Love ya! Bastard.

  • Well as the “Fantastic company” (thanks for that by the way) I can say that last nights feast was most defiantly a good concoction – although I must admit that people are keeping their distance a bit at work today!
And as for "Perfectly fine" Andy, I think you might be overstating things a little!!! There was a fair amount of complaining coming from you on Sunday the way I remember it!! Although I do have to put my hands up to you both on that front - seeing as how the shots were pretty much all my fault! Sorry, you can take solace in the fact that I had to go to work on Sunday :)

  • There was no complaining Re: alcohol, and you know it. I was aching like I had been hit by a truck post rugby, and that was it!

    Ohh, and you're welcome!

  • You had to work on Sunday Shiv? OK OK my suffering pales in comparison to yours. Oh, and, get a room you two!

  • We have numerous rooms I'll have you know. Doesn't mean we arent allowed to make public shows of affection...
Anyways, I remember seeing you assault a man in sax on Thursday, you ran at him from the other side of the room and leaped on him... hooligan!!!
